A fruit bowl that is a little smaller than some of my other sizes. It was thrown on the wheel using reclaimed/recycled clay.
It has been decorated with bubbles made of cobalt oxide, creating beautiful depth and colour. It was then finished with transparent glaze. Some patches of the glaze ran, leaving the patches of cobalt oxide exposed on the exterior.
This bowl is food safe and is suitable for both functional and decorative purposes.
