Returns

Please note that returns are only processed on the basis that the item arrived damaged. We do not issue returns if you change your mind. All products are photographed and described clearly.

This business is about imperfection so if you are unsure, please email me before purchasing to discuss any questions you may have.

I am a one person pottery and can't work to the expectations and ability of large corporate companies.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please ensure you include images of the packaging and the contents, along with your order number.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
